Ferndale, MI (PRWEB) May 19, 2015 Schrock Insurance Group announced the debut of its charity program designed to benefit the local community. The agency will work closely with nonprofit organizations in the area, to nominate a new beneficiary every 60 days. The idea is to create a campaign to help the elected individual, family or programs with immediate support by bringing awareness to those very important causes.
To launch the program, Nicholas Schrock, the agency’s principal, has chosen to introduce the campaign Help Ellie Shine at Summer Camp. The campaign’s mission is to help Ellie, a ten-year old girl with Down syndrome and ADHD, benefit from Ferndale Youth Assistance upcoming summer camp program. Ferndale Youth Assistance is a non-profit prevention program that services the students and families of the Ferndale, Michigan school district. The organization offers multiple programs, including emergency grants (winter clothing, school supplies, etc. for families in need), scholarships for extra-curricular activities in which a child would not normally be able to participate due to costs, family education and the highlighted summer camp and much more.

Ferndale Youth Assistance was one of the first organizations I felt compelled to support with our agency’s new community program. Each new cause showcased by the agency will accompany a detailed full story about the elected cause on a designated donations page.
